About Us

We are...

The Rough 'N Tough Against Hunger hosted by New Hope Community Church in Cambridge, MN. New Hope is an untypical church for typical people. Being creative and adventurous is in our blood, but finding new ways to raise funds and awareness for local nonprofits is something we take seriously. What's unique about us and our run is that we're a nonprofit raising funds for another nonprofit. 100% of our proceeds go towards fighting hunger in our community. We don’t pocket a cent.

Our beneficiary...

is Family Pathways Hunger Relief—or more commonly known as the local food shelf. Family Pathways Hunger Relief provides short-term or ongoing help for those who need it. They are the largest distributor of food with 10 service locations in East Central Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Roughly 550 families are served monthly with the majority being children. For every dollar we provide, Family Pathways can buy $7 of Second Harvest food. All proceeds from this mud run benefit families in Isanti County.
